A Little About Me
Hi there!
I’m Rosie—a neurodivergent, mid-fat, pansexual, genderqueer therapist. My pronouns are she/they, and I’m dedicated to creating a space where every body feels safe, seen, and valued in all the beautiful intersections of who they are.

I work primarily through the lens of Internal Family Systems, based on the concept that we have multiple parts of ourselves. These parts develop to help us navigate the world to feel safe and meet our needs. Sometimes, these strategies involve silencing parts of ourselves to maintain connection, whether in our families or within a world that often asks us to shrink.

In our work together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and uncover what truly matters to you—both in therapy and in life. Let’s make space for your full self to emerge, with care, curiosity, and compassion.
